About the Author
Shanice Solan is a Jamaican-born author, poet, and singer with a deep passion for storytelling that uplifts and empowers. She is the creator of Branches of the Vine, a children’s book series dedicated to kids with special needs and disabilities — reminding every child that they belong, just as they are.
Rooted in her upbringing in Mitchell Town, Clarendon, Jamaica, and her work as a Registered Practical Nurse, Shanice brings warmth, purpose, and cultural pride to every page she writes.
